How to Book

1. Browse

Browse our collection and carefully read the garment description and availability.

2. Select The Date Of Your Event

Select the date of your event, our system will block out 3 days before/after the date selected to allow turnaround time for other bookings.

3. Select Courier or Pick Up

Choose our overnight courier service that comes with a prepaid return bag. If you choose courier, your rental will arrive 1-2 days before your event. 

If you have missed the postal cut-off, you must select Saturday delivery at checkout. EX: If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday and you are placing a booking on a Wednesday or Thursday. (T&Cs apply).

Choose to pick it up! We are based in Hobsonville, Auckland. Or pick it up and pay for a prepaid return bag. All local pick-ups are usually ready 1-2 days before your event. Please message us on Instagram to organise your preferred pick-up date/time.

4.Return 

All postal orders must be handed over the counter at any NZPOST before 3pm the following business day after your event. No drop boxes/uni boxes. If you loose your prepaid bag, DM on Instagram asap to be given shipping instructions. 

Local orders must be returned the following business day at the pickup address mailbox before 7pm. If you hired over the weekend and you wish to return on either sat/sun, please message us first. 

Late fees apply if returned late.Â
