Refund/Store Credit Policy
Refunds
If your dress arrives damaged or faulty and we didn’t tell you about it before your booking, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must contact us on the same day your item arrives or is picked up and send clear photo evidence of the issue. Please keep in mind that minor flaws (like small pulls, loose threads, or light marks) are normal for rentals and may not count as damage.
If the dress is considered unwearable, you must return it on the same day you receive or pick it up, unless it arrived after 3 PM. If you decide to wear the item despite the damage, you can receive 20% of your rental fee back. All refunds are only processed after the item is returned and inspected.
We do not offer refunds if:

The dress doesn’t fit you

You change your mind

Your event is cancelled

You become unwell or sick
If your booking was made before the shipping cut-off date and your rental doesn’t arrive in time for your event (at least one day before), you’ll receive a refund for the rental price (shipping costs are not included).
If you place your booking after the postal cut-off time for that week, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if the dress doesn’t arrive in time. Please make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
If you are travelling for your event, we recommend using the event address for delivery. If the rental arrives on your travel day and we weren’t informed in advance, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
Some items are booked for back-to-back weekends, meaning there may not be extra time for early delivery. Please contact us before booking if you have special delivery needs. If a garment is already reserved for the weekend prior, we may not be able to offer a refund if it doesn't arrive early enough due to tight turnaround times.
If NZ Post loses your parcel and confirms it after an investigation, they will provide a full refund. However, if your parcel was delivered and then stolen from your property, you are responsible for paying the full retail price (RRP) of the item to replace it.
And lastly, for any refund related to damage, no refund will be processed until the garment is returned and inspected.
Store Credits
Store credits are valid for one year from the date you receive them.
You can use a store credit if your event is cancelled or if you get sick, as long as you let us know at least one week before your booking and your dress hasn’t been packed yet. You can also use a store credit if you decide to switch to a cheaper rental. If that happens, the leftover amount stays on your credit to use later, but you won’t get a refund for the difference.
Store credits can't be transferred to someone else, and they can't be used on consignment rentals (dresses owned by someone else but rented through us). If you use part of your credit, we’ll tell you how much is left, but the expiry date stays the same as when it was first given to you.
It's your responsibility to keep your store credit or gift card code safe. If you lose it, we can’t replace it. Also, store credit is not available for any consignment bookings.
