3. Pick up from Ellerslie – Collect your garment(s) at your scheduled time.
   
4. Try on at home – Enjoy trying everything on in the comfort of your own space (no in-person appointments here 💕).
   
5. Return within 3 hours – Simply drop the garment(s) back within your allocated time frame.
6. Try On Fee Redeemable - Your try on fee is fully redeemable on a booking if placed within 24 hrs.

If you book without checking availability first, you will not be eligible for a try-on refund.

If the garment you wanted to try on is unavailable, we can either:

• Reschedule your try-on, or
  
• Provide store credit to use for a future try-on or rental booking.

To protect our beautiful dresses, please be mindful of the following:

• No perfumes or body sprays
  
• No wet fake tan
  
• Avoid jewellery that may snag or catch on fabrics
  
• We may request photo ID when trying on high-value garments
  
• T&Cs apply if any garments are damaged during your try-on

No, we do not offer a postal try-on service.

We understand how important it is to try on your dress. If you prefer, you can:

1. Place a normal rental booking.
   
2. Message us directly to let us know it’s for a try-on.
   
3. We’ll provide you with a 30% discount code if you decide to rebook the same garment for your event.
